As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in catalyzing SuperStaff's business development success. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with prospective clients and schedule qualified sales calls to offer SuperStaff's services.
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will explore new markets and uncover new leads to increase revenue and achieve sales quotas.
- Proactively generate qualified sales appointments through outbound call/email/SMS prospecting
- Qualify, book, and be responsible for all assigned inbound leads.
- Work with the Director of Sales to generate new opportunities and constantly build the sales pipeline with new prospective clients.
- Demonstrate strong selling and influencing skills.
- Learn and assist in the opportunity follow-up process.
- Maintain a business acumen for all sales calls and meetings with clients, both current and prospective.
- Participate in all required sales training and attend offices when requested for training purposes.
- Perform and track all sales activities within the designated CRM.
- Follow and maintain all sales/data processes and tech tools.
- Report weekly and monthly on all booked and successfully completed sales appointments.
- Follow all assigned reporting procedures
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of Outsourcing market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
