Position: 16865200699 - Artist Liaison/Marketing Admin Specialist

Working Hours/Shift: 9am to 5pm M-F, UK hours
Salary Range: $1200 USD

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Artist Liaison Tasks (supporting Head of Curatorial Strategy)

• Maintaining an accurate record of artists and specific data points (in accordance with an existing spreadsheet).
• Populate and send template emails eg. welcome emails / chaser emails re-uploading artwork onto the app / monthly update emails.
• Responding to artist enquiries regarding eg. creating a profile on the app / how to upload artworks onto the app etc in accordance with a set of pre-agreed answers. 
• Responding to client enquiries (with assistance of Head of Curatorial Strategy).
• Regularly review artist profiles to check compliance with certain pre-agreed metrics.
• Reaching out to artists periodically with regard to new bodies of work / launching them with Artfeed.
• Updating various spreadsheets as and when needed and ensuring digital admin is in order.
• Liaise with artists for headshot, 2 x images for use on social media channels to promote their involvement with Artfeed. 
• Saving all images of artworks / headshots in relevant folders on Google Drive

Key Tasks (Social Media & Communications)

• Create and publish content (in accordance with Artfeed's digital marketing strategy and ensuring brand consistency) on multi-channel (Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Manage paid / sponsored advertising on Instagram.
• Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner. 
• Engage with other relevant accounts. 
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and suggest and implement new features based on trends and to develop brand awareness.
• Email marketing (including a monthly newsletter based on a template). 
• [Monitor SEO and web traffic metric].

Qualifications:

• The applicant needs to be proficient with the following platforms and possess the following skills: Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest
• Proficient in using Canva, Google suite (eg. email / calendar / docs / spreadsheet)
• Proficient in using Microsoft tools, Mailerlite, Mailjet, Planable

Salary Range: $800 - $1200 per month

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, showcasing a strong command of design principles.
• Possess a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to enhance overall design capabilities.
• Apply company-approved Pantone colors consistently across all design projects.
• Utilize design templates effectively, adapting colors, incorporating logos as vectors, and updating clipping masks as needed.
• Create presentation-ready mockups using company-approved templates, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
• Responsively incorporate customer feedback into designs to meet client expectations.
• Manage and organize art files efficiently, exporting Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to RGB JPGs, PNGs, and outlined PDFs.

• 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Artist or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), showcasing the ability to work with layers and maintain a clean, well-labeled layer structure.
• Fluent in English with conversational skills, potentially having a slight accent.
