About the role:
As a Senior Paid Social Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce clients through strategic and impactful paid social campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks to optimize campaign performance, foster team collaboration, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and maintain profit-driven campaigns across Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Set quarterly goals & objectives with key metrics in mind
- Review and optimize ad spending based on performance, client needs, and data-first tactics
- Help lead & manage a team of buyers
- Communicate clearly through regular client meetings independently and as a team with the ability to confidently articulate insights & action steps
- Prepare reports showcasing performance but more importantly, what we're actually going to DO with that information
- Stay dialed into what is happening in the e-commerce industry whether that is new platform updates or fresh tactics
- 3+ years of experience in executing Paid Social Media campaigns within the e-commerce domain, proficient in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Experience in Meta Ads is a must.
- Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social, leveraging insights from both to optimize campaign performance.
- Demonstrated experience in orchestrating email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms, or collaborating closely with teams responsible for email marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting narratives that effectively convey data-driven outcomes and articulate next steps.
- Genuine commitment to achieving client objectives, prioritizing client satisfaction and success in every interaction.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening and weekend work requirements, particularly during high-demand periods like BFCM.
- Familiarity with project management tools to efficiently organize tasks, collaborate with teams, and streamline workflows.
