About the job:

As a Data Researcher, you will play a crucial role in searching, finding, and connecting data using our designated tools. With access to these tools, your responsibility will be to seamlessly integrate all available data with Salesforce records. Your tasks include delving into our toolset to verify the existence of relevant data and, upon confirmation, establishing connections with Salesforce. This pivotal role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in data management tools, and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of integrated information. Duties and Responsibilities:

• all about searching, finding & connecting data using 2 tools we have
• this person would have access to the tool they have and connect every data they have there with the salesforce data
• go into the tool we have to see if the data exists. If it does exist, we'll find out and connect it with Salesforce

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Data Researcher or similar positions.
• A background in Data Science is advantageous, although not mandatory.
• Must have hands-on experience in using Salesforce

Position : Data Entry

Work Hours (Client) : 8am to 5pm PST | M - F

Work Hours (MNL) : 12am to 9am PST | M - F

Holidays :       PH regular and special holidays

Pay Range : $800-$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Incentive : This role will have a quota in a given week (TBD with the client) and incentives will be provided for exceeding the quota to reward high-quality work and efficiency

Today, biotech analysis is a cumbersome, limited and error-prone process despite significant investment hinging on their output. Sleuth will be building the infrastructure upon which more rigorous analyses & data aggregation will be built, changing the way that diligence & research is done in the bioeconomy. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry:

• Enter and update clinical trial information into designated templates / spreadsheets.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

Research:

• Conduct thorough desktop research to gather relevant information
• Leverage public & proprietary resources, including clinicaltrials.gov, PubMed, PDF reports and databases

Quality Assurance:

• Perform quality checks on entered data to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, data management, information technology) would be a plus
• Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Data Analyst experience is acceptable as long as with data entry experience
• Experience in data entry or a related role, preferably within the biopharma or healthcare industry is a plus
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and terminology is a plus
• Strong research skills and the ability to extract information from scientific publications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using data entry tools and software (i.e. Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, etc.).
• Ability to set up basic VPN to setup location in the US would be helpful 
• Above Average English Communication Skills

Position                           : Stock Idea Researcher

Working Hours           : Flexible

They use a mix of AI, code, and manual effort to find stock ideas from all over the internet (blog posts, Twitter, Reddit, hedge fund letters, analyst reports, etc). We then manually choose the best stock ideas to share each day.

Main Responsibilities

The main job for this role is to help find stock ideas online from various sources and extract/format/verify the relevant info from the stock ideas.

• Source Identification:
• Identify and explore diverse sources of financial information, market reports, and company data to gather comprehensive insights.
• Data Input:
• Accurately input relevant financial and market data into analytical tools and databases for further evaluation.
• File Organization:
• Organize and maintain files systematically, ensuring efficient retrieval of information for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Information Annotation:

• Execution of AI Tool:

• They will need to research topics provided to them, they will then have to summarize with corresponding citations for our social media team.
