Job Title: Operations and Executive Assistant

Working Hours: Flexible as long as the hired candidate is able to work 4 hours UK time Zone the remaining hours can be flexible.

Salary Range: $900 - $1400 per month

Role Overview:

 As an Operations Analyst at Appleton Way, you will play a key role in the heart of our operations. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including sourcing new products, setting up brands on Shopify, managing logistics, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our business ventures. You will be expected to bring a mix of analytical skills and creativity to drive improvements and efficiency across our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and eCommerce trends.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing eCommerce stores on Shopify.
• Analyse logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project progress.
• Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• You should be willing to get involved in different parts of the business beyond your core job description.
• Perform General admin/ Executive Assistant responsibilities.

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
• Must be a native or near-native English speaker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Proven track record of success in previous roles; experience in operations is a plus but not required.
• Motivated and keen to learn, with a strong work ethic.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is desirable.
