ABOUT THE ROLE:

The inventory analyst position plays a key role by managing many of the day-to-day operational activities as well as supporting long term strategic initiatives. The role will be both analytical and strategic in which you will take ownership for extracting data, preparing data for weekly reporting, applying critical thinking, and providing recommendations that will enhance the business moving forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quantitative Analysis:

• Manage the delivery of timely analysis to support brand in-stock goals.
• Understand, analyze, and synthesize required data sets for actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations to achieve and exceed in-stock targets.

Relationship Management:

• Act as a client advocate, providing data and insights to enhance existing processes.
• Utilize various communication tools for knowledge transfer and relationship building.
• Foster resilient relationships with brand partners.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring open exchange of information.
• Foster a sense of resiliency to achieve goals and overcome unexpected obstacles.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Keep all items within out-of-stock goals at Target.
• Stay updated on industry trends through trade publications.
• Develop fluency in required systems: SOLYS, Partners Online, Vendor IQ, Target.com.
• Plan, forecast, and allocate inventory using in-depth planning techniques.
• Develop business strategies to drive sales.
• Analyze inventory statistics through financial analytics.
• Execute weekly and ad-hoc reporting to support business needs.
• Proactively address inventory issues through data analysis.
• Build strong relationships with vendor/retailer inventory and planning teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-3 years of proven experience in quantitative analysis and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Proficient in tools like online documentation, video, Microsoft Teams, and phone for knowledge transfer.
• Familiarity with inventory planning systems: SOLYS, Partners Online, Vendor IQ, Target.com.
• Previous success in developing business strategies to drive sales.
• Knowledge of financial analytics for analyzing inventory statistics.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendor/retailer inventory and planning teams.

Main Purpose of the Role:

As Supply Chain Planner you are responsible for working within the Supply Chain team to ensure all aspects of our supply chain is fully functioning. You will report to the Operations Manager. You will have excellent communication and time management skills. An ability to handle high volume workflow in a professional setting. Your function is to support the Supply Chain & Operations teams and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Full cycle order management in a timely manner.

·         Liaise with warehouses, transport companies and manufacturers to ensure

·         smooth supply of goods on a continuous basis.

·         Plan delivery routes for company drivers and 3PLs.

·         Sort Delivery dockets and ensure invoice pricing matches the relevant sales

·         promotion in-store.

·         Manage promotional calendars for and product submissions for NPD and sales

·         promotions.

·         Match Invoice & Proof of Delivery (PODs) dockets on internal systems.

·         Liaise with the Commercial Team internally to handle all customer queries.

·         Coordinate with manufacturing plants upstream on production schedules &

·         product availability.

·         Plan internal promotional calendar schedules.

Qualifications:

·         2-3 years experience as a Supply Chain Planner or similar roles

·         Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

·         Comfortable talking to customers via telephone.

·         Excellent computer skills, specifically for data entry, CRM and Excel.

·         Experience using CRM or Invoice software is also an advantage.

·         Ability to work to tight deadlines and under time constraints.

·         Ability to work to follow processes and work to achieve KPIs.

·         Experience in customer service or an office based role (highly desirable).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We currently have 2 full time employees in the Philippines, and we are looking to expand that team.

Seeking a supply chain manager that is extremely well organized and excited to learn about all things Amazon FBA / Ecommerce.  Applicants should be a resourceful self-starter that’s excited to take ownership of the supply chain.  They will have experience with Amazon FBA, inventory management, and forecasting.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and can get things done with little supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for placing orders with manufacturers and ensuring that there is adequate stock across all sales channels.
• Coordinate import containers with manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL.
• Analytically review, track and report on all supply chain logistics processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment shipments into Amazon US, UK, CAD, Walmart, and our 3PL to keep products in stock.
• Troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart including, lost inventory, product detail page updates, variation creations, ect.
• Responsible for updating the weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Work internally with creative/marketing teams to coordinate new product launches.

• 5+ years of operations experience working on demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing an Amazon 3P working with Seller Central.
• Extensive skill with Google Sheets or Excel - **THERE WILL BE A TEST**.
• You will be working directly with the USA based team, so USA - EST Hours 9-6PM are required.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Remote Work - Quiet home office or equivalent with fast wifi is a must.
