Work Hours                                  : M-F 8AM – 5PM Mountain time/ 11PM – 8AM Philippine time
Pay Range                                     : 800 – 1,500 USD per month

Key duties/responsibilities:Â
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with various vendors, including cleaning services, maintenance teams, and property suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
- Oversee vendor performance and address any issues promptly.

Purchasing and Inventory:
- Manage inventory levels of supplies and amenities for each property.
- Source and purchase supplies, furnishings, and equipment as needed.
- Monitor and control expenses related to property management.

Scheduling and Coordination:
- Create and maintain schedules for property maintenance, cleaning, and other tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Implement efficient scheduling practices to optimize property turnover and guest satisfaction.

Guest Communication:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Provide clear and detailed information to guests regarding check-in procedures, property amenities, and local recommendations.
- Manage guest reviews and feedback to enhance the guest experience.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in property management, preferably in the short-term rental industry.
- Familiarity with platforms like Guesty, Airtable, and Charge Automation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
