About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team for the position of Order Management Specialist. The position is a full-time role and the candidate will interact with the Order Management and fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities:

• Process online orders through Amazon, Shopify, Lowe’s, and Walmart platforms. Tasks include organizing orders online, downloading packing slips and shipping labels, and entering tracking information.
• Communicate with shipping companies to process orders and resolve shipment issues.
• Handle the return process for online orders.
• Obtaining shipping quotes for domestic and international orders.
• Performing clerical duties as and when required.

• At least 1+ years of experience as an Order Management Specialist or similar position in remote set-up
• Must be proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Apps/suite (Excel and Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quotations & Project Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quotations and coordinating projects related to lighting, lighting controls, and Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). The role requires effective communication, proactive task execution, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quotations and Coordination: Prepare and manage quotations for lighting, lighting controls, and EVSE. Also, coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other team members to contribute to the overall success of the organization and collaborate with management and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance the chances of winning projects.
• Proactive Task Execution: Demonstrate a proactive approach in executing daily tasks and take initiatives to achieve long-term goals and contribute to the growth of the department.
