ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our company's logistical operations enhancing the efficiency and customer satisfaction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Manage logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Facilitate the shipping and delivery of goods in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of orders.
• Work closely with suppliers, retailers, and consumers.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped goods.
• Ensure the effective and fast delivery of goods or services to customers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best possible pricing and delivery schedule.
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work remotely with little to no supervision.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
