As a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team of travel consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
• Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop and enhance team members' skills
• Analyze team metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, and other critical performance indicators
• Identify trends in customer behavior and preferences, providing valuable insights to senior management
• Implement and drive organizational initiatives within the team

• Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates
• Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners, and third-party providers 

In this role, you will have to:

• Analyze existing business process, workflows, and operations within the Program
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with process owners to understand the requirements and pain points
• Collect, organize and analyze data  related to process performance, quality and KPIs
• Generate reports and insights  from data analysis to drive decision making 
• collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for process improvement
• Propose and design process improvements and optimization to meet client and company objectives
• Develop detailed process documentation, including flowchart and SOPs
• Manage and oversee the implementation of process improvement and changes

Coaching compliance inclusive of RCAs and Action Plans.

• Weekly Audit requirement and call scrubbings
• Team attendance infractions insights through the internal Sutherland attendance tool
• Provide ideas that can help the client improve their product, business, processes, and/or policies
• Present Team Performance to Clients on a needed basis
   
• Client advocate: Address team attendance and attrition through relationship building and removing barriers that affect People Metrics. Improve employee morale
  • Set up accountability discussions on attendance and performance challenges
  • Report potential red flags on employee retention and partner with the Operations Manager on stay interviews
  • Keep employees in the loop for any internal and external updates
  • Have the Team participate in Site and Program employee engagement activities
  • Come up with Team level engagement activities to hype morale

"Dr. Culture" a.k.a "Dr. Fun" is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Care and Services events, contests, and activities. The position also runs the Care and Services rewards and recognition programs. This position works hand in hand with various internal departments and external vendors across the region or internationally.
