As a Customer Service for Airline Travel (NON-VOICE), you will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to customers via email, chat, and other written platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, solution-focused, and able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in the airline industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and other written platforms
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• At least HS/SHS graduate
• Non-voice account
• Multi Chat Assessment and Writing email must be completed
• Preferably with CCE but not required
