Responsibilities: 

• Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. 
• Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal and external and have an awareness of cultural and regional differences with respect, while effectively enforcing agreed terms.
• Query handling and investigation, liaise with other departments to ensure swift resolutions of queries and efficient OTC flow.
• Cash allocation, assisting with identification of payments and ensuring short paid reason is identified and correctly categorised and resolved within month payment received.
• Carefully and sensitively process final notices working with internal stakeholders, taking appropriate levels of actions in cases of non payments, including up to account closure and service termination.
• Ensure all document processes are followed and DOA’s approvals adhered to at all times.
• Enable the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs.

Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, this role is responsible for the accurate billing of customers, leveraging your experience to generate invoices from sales orders within NetSuite. The role involves proactive communication with internal stakeholders to deliver accuracy and consistency within the monthly billing cycle. Key Responsibilities and Outputs: 

• Generate and review invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies
• Address system exceptions to identify and resolve billing queries, proactively engaging with internal partners to deliver solutions
• Monitor unbilled orders, track individual performance, identify and report on any issues that arise
• Partner with the Orders and Sales team for seamless sales order corrections and credit memo creation.

Responsibilities: 

Web Content Support

• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload, format, organize and publish web content.
• Regularly update and maintain the content on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support content authors with content entry questions or issues.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
• Stay informed about SEO trends and implement strategies to enhance website ranking and performance.

Analyze & Experiment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Monitor website analytics to track the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web content.

Collaboration and Communication

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organisation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of international customers, maintaining accurate  records of incoming payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The  ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance  team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage an international customer ledger, seeking to drive the collection of cash,
  whilst reducing overdue debt
• Work towards monthly and quarterly cash and debt objectives
• Contact debtors by letter, email, or telephone call to address new and/or overdue invoices
• Document customer interactions such as payment updates and billing queries
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Tax, etc.) to resolve issues which prevent payment
• Display full accountability for invoices once generated, and own the process through to collections/clearing
• Leverage a formal invoice reminder process, through to a potential warning of suspension of service
