Part of your job will be to research ideal contact lists based on the Higher Education Ideal Customer Profile. Most of your time will be spent reaching out to potential customers through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Turnitin is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead, mentor, and drive a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will oversee a regional APAC team responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by developing and managing prospecting efforts. As the Sales Development Manager, your key focus will be guiding your team through the process of lead generation and qualification. As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support direct and indirect sales teams across the organization in analyzing system data to establish and implement process alignment and improvements to align sales strategy. You will carry out market research, find the relevant contacts and prospect to them through targeted campaigns. You will qualify all inbound leads from our website and events. You will also support the Sales Team with their outbound prospecting campaigns. You will be asked to think creatively about finding potential leads, as well as leverage traditional lead generation techniques in order to build the top of the sales funnel and transition leads to the Sales team.
