The Accounting Intern will provide support to the Accounting and Tax team in gathering, validating and substantiating vendor and staff claim invoices. You will perform accounts reconciliation and filing of supporting documents, preparation of reports and other ad hoc tasks required by the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Validate compliance of official receipts and Invoices to BIR’s invoicing requirements
• Gather and compile supporting documents per VAT returns

A Level Design Intern is a great start for aspiring designers to get practical development experience.

They support our Level Designers in their day-to-day tasks by creating game objects, level blockouts, and scripting gameplay events. The Level Design Intern is also responsible for using our proprietary tools to support the Art and QA teams by ensuring our gameplay objects are compliant with the game’s technical constraints. 

The main tasks of the Level Design Intern are to:  

• Internalize design documents to understand how your level fits into the overall game experience based on the vision set by our Directors and Leads 
• Create design documentation for game environments and player activities  
• Collaborate and meet with other job disciplines to ensure that the gameplay, technical, and artistic elements in your level are cohesive 
• Create and/or model 3D design blockout objects for the team 
• Create the geometry of a game location while using modular design principles 
• Create gameplay events or interactive elements in the game location using visual scripting 
• Playtest levels regularly and proactively gather feedback on your level to improve the player experience 
• Proactively report bugs or design issues and participate in their resolution 
• Provide regular updates to your Design Lead on your deliverables  
• Carry out all other project-related tasks 

The Technical Design Intern will assist in creating and implementing technical and/or system design elements of reasonable complexity into the game. Assisting other technical designers who act as technical references for team members, they will serve as a bridge between the tech and design teams and provide support whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

You will assist with implementing the technical elements of a game feature with designers, programmers, and colleagues from other job families.

You will help with designing, coding, and iterating through tools to alleviate pain points raised during production.

Take part in data debugging throughout production and help test new features and tools before they are deployed to the rest of the team.

You will also assist designers and programmers on specific Tech topics, create and maintain documentation, provide technical assistance, and follow best practices.

A Build Engineer Intern is part of an agile development team who works along the areas of build process from environment setup to build releases. Ensures the development and improvement of the build, deployment pipeline, and tools for our game projects, while embracing the philosophy of DevOps.

Support and enable members of the project to develop the game, giving them time back using CI/CD and other automated processes. Act as a go-to person and knowledgeable in all topics related to Build Engineer (e.g., automation, infrastructure definition, configuration management, deployment, monitoring, continuous integration, delivery, etc.).

A programming-intensive job, requiring keenness to learn various scripting languages (python, C#, shell, batch) along with adherence to best practices for version control, CI/CD, and bug tracking. Aims to simplify the development process and ensure timely build releases.

Responsibilities:

• Writes script and creates CI/CD configurations which will automate the build creation/deployment process.
• Setup and manage version control system
• Configure CI/CD to catch compilation breaks and report to the team
• Simplify time-demanding or recurring tasks through the use of automation, packaging, and silent installations
• Monitor the status of build farm and CI/CD pipeline and address the issues if any
• Create and operate infrastructure for existing or new build pipeline

As a 3D Artist intern, you will be given an opportunity to take part in the production of the games by creating, adapting, or implementing all the essential 3D Environment elements for the success of the game.  
  
Responsibilities:  

• Learn and respect the artistic direction established (references, documents etc)  
• Determine the objects and environments required, and adjust the work according to the story and gameplay (Game design documents)  
• Plan, with your immediate supervisor, the objects and environment to be created  
• Create objects and environments by choosing the quality to achieve vs the importance in the game and technical constraints  
• Have the objects and environments validated by the Lead Artist or Art Director  
• Verify the quality of objects and environments once imported into the game, and make improvements when necessary  
• Correct the bugs identified by the testers  
• Any other ad-hoc duties, if necessary  

• Work closely with the Artists, Leads, TAs, and QAs on the following: 
  • Adhering to the technical and graphical requirements of the pipeline 
  • Validation of art assets 
• Liaise with the Leads and Production on communicating pipeline updates, technical issues, and bottlenecks 
• Provide technical support by recognizing, troubleshooting, and finding appropriate solutions to the technical problems encountered by the team 
• Aid in authoring tools that will improve the pipeline
