In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide implementation and project management support to Visa client institutions, processors and third-party platforms in the AP region to ensure customer expectations are successfully met.

• Coordinate directly with clients to understand product set up requirements and facilitate product configurations, conversions and maintenance requests without negative client impact.

• As a subject matter expert, acquire and maintain a good understanding of supported solutions to train and consult customers and internal stakeholders on optimum delivery and adoption of our products.

• Be the voice of the customer - Represent clients’ feedback, enhancement requests, system or operational requirements as well as negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project scope documents, project plans, status reports, and issue logs across client communications and other channels including Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Be client-centric, build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions and technology partners.

• Responsible for own workflow assignments and must be able to take the initiative to resolve problems and meet deadlines with moderate supervision.

• Stay current with industry and client trends and maintain a strong knowledge of Visa products and services.

• While the role is based in Pasay, Manila, you will deliver services to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

In this role, the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will support the AML and Sanctions Program Governance Sr. Director in the quality assurance program. The AML and Sanctions Program Governance team member should be able to engage with credibility and authority across Visas global compliance and product teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and be effective in a dynamic, matrixed environment under demanding timelines.

• Using subject matter expertise, perform quality assessment reviews on a sample and targeted basis across various business- as-usual processes

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement in processes and within applicable policies and procedures

• Proactively identify and report trends to management

• Prepare quality assurance reports and track responses

• Work with AML and Sanctions team leads to conduct root cause analysis and develop resolution plans

• Work with AML and Sanctions team leads to recommend changes in processes and procedures

• Track resolution cycles from beginning to end and document in a clear and concise manner

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies, checklists, and procedures

• Multi-task on various assignments in order to meet deadlines and expectations set forth by management

• Stay apprised of regulatory matters and developments through regular review of appropriate compliance publications and websites and by participating in relevant compliance conferences and other training events

• Perform various ad hoc tasks such as special projects as requested by management

• Assist management with requests from auditors and examiners, as needed

Position Summary

The Analyst, Client Due Diligence Team, will assist in executing the client due diligence and acceptance program in line with stated AML / ATF / Sanctions policies and procedures. This includes conducting client due diligence reviews and conducting ongoing derogatory news monitoring. This role will support the Program Manager, Client Due Diligence Team, in providing AML subject matter expertise and guidance to Visa clients and businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute the CDD Center program in accordance with AML Policies and Procedures.

• Perform periodic AML / ATF client due diligence reviews of existing clients and applicants in accordance with the Global AML / ATF and Sanctions Policy and in the Client Due Diligence and Acceptance Procedures. 

• Actively works with clients to identify potential AML program element gaps and remediation plans.

• Perform ongoing monitoring of Visa clients.

• Ensure close communication and information sharing with client teams.

• Participate in AML/Sanctions and Compliance team meetings.
