This is a mid-level professional role with progressive responsibility as experience grows. This role serves as a functional/technical specialist, working independently with minimal guidance in complex and unconventional situations. 

Responsibilities

•This role administers the business processes related to client onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and ongoing management of client and users that the GCR Team caters to.

•Manage activities, requests, and inquiries for support and information thru various case management tools which includes but is not limited to emails, chat, calls, etc.

•Manage enrollment, client set-up, and deactivation process by closely coordinating with clients, Client Success, Product, and other internal organization as needed.

•Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems and clearly identify complexity for proper and timely escalation.

•Deliver consistent high-quality work to ensure an excellent client experience.

•Perform work with a high degree of excellence and accuracy, maintaining and fulfilling service level objectives with best practice and process applied.

•Identify key process improvement and opportunities based on inquiry trends and any operational pain-points to improve service delivery.

•Collaborate with the analysts and leadership team to develop and deliver training materials for new hires and continuous learning for existing team members.

•Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to team strategies.

•Manage documentation in SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics/OneCRM, and other data repositories.

•Build and enhance positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

•Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

•Provide global support during US/LAC/EU/AP/CEMEA business hours as needed.

•Demonstrate flexibility in schedule changes - willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and overtime when needed. (24/7 operations, rotating and shifting schedules)

Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Product Manager, Value-Added Services will support Product VAS Lead in driving the growth of our Product VAS portfolio across all Product VAS categories such as Risk and Data Solutions, Issuing and Acceptance Solutions, and Network Solutions. The position will have significant interaction with IPVMC cluster and Regional Hub Product teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Visa such as Sales, Risk, Finance, Consulting and Analytics, and Client Services.

Important to the role are a deep understanding of the payments landscape, a customer-obsessed mindset to understand our clients’ needs, and a strong business acumen to achieve long-term growth. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive VAS revenue and goals by working with market and regional Product teams, Sales teams, and other relevant cross-functional teams and stakeholders,
• Develop and execute VAS strategies to accelerate the growth of VAS in Philippines ,
• Support pre- and post-sales engagements including but not limited to evaluating potential opportunities, creating client pipeline, and executing against sales plans,
• Execute activities throughout the sales cycle such as sales pitch, product demos/webinars, commercial offer, contracting, optimization, and audit management,
• Support the launch of new product initiatives, product enhancements, and acceleration plans,
• Assess the feasibility of rolling out new products and solutions into the cluster, understand and provide local market requirements that will influence the global product roadmap, and develop go-to-market and commercialization plans,
• Engage with clients during & post the sales journey to pitch, negotiate commercials and showcase value from usage
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.

Position Summary

The Analyst, Client Due Diligence Team, will assist in executing the client due diligence and acceptance program in line with stated AML / ATF / Sanctions policies and procedures. This includes conducting client due diligence reviews and conducting ongoing derogatory news monitoring. This role will support the Program Manager, Client Due Diligence Team, in providing AML subject matter expertise and guidance to Visa clients and businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute the CDD Center program in accordance with AML Policies and Procedures.

• Perform periodic AML / ATF client due diligence reviews of existing clients and applicants in accordance with the Global AML / ATF and Sanctions Policy and in the Client Due Diligence and Acceptance Procedures. 

• Actively works with clients to identify potential AML program element gaps and remediation plans.

• Perform ongoing monitoring of Visa clients.

• Ensure close communication and information sharing with client teams.

• Participate in AML/Sanctions and Compliance team meetings.

This role is an individual contributor with a focus on analyzing technical complaints and providing first level support to both Internal and External staff worldwide.   

The team also provides access controls designed to enroll, update, delete and audit both Internal and External profiles for various Visa portals.   

This position is at a professional level and uses a set of standard procedures to execute tasks while applying analytical skills based on the type of request. This position receives a low level of guidance and supervision. 

Responsibilities 

• Processes urgent requests for password resets and account enablement’s to minimize downtime for both Internal and External staff worldwide. 

• Provides level one triage for Visa portals and applications, which includes diagnosing issues, detecting patterns of impact, and ensuring the validity of complaints while working with other support teams on the resolution of Client inquiries/requests. 

• Assists in coordinating internal resources to accomplish Visa and Client objectives and ensure Client experience standards are met. 

• Maintains access controls responsibility for a wide variety of applications, which involves enrolling, updating, entitling and deleting both internal and external staff profiles. 

• Provide information, direction, and education to Clients regarding the various Visa Portals, products, and services, ensuring understanding of best practices regarding usage and functionality. 

• Able to shift priorities as needed and demonstrate proactive willingness to help others, to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and advocate on behalf of the Clients. 

• Manages phone hotlines, assigned emails, and web requests to protect service level targets, while leveraging a CRM tool to track daily activities 

• Identifies internal procedures, opportunities and value-added solutions that enhance Client experience and work in collaboration with management to implement. 

• Creates company-wide relationships, to support the initiative of providing prompt and efficient service for our clients and leverages these relationships to develop understanding of the tools housed in the Visa Portals and increase the efficiency in support to clients.
