We are seeking a dedicated Sales Team Lead to provide guidance and supervision to our sales representatives, ensuring exceptional sales skills and performance.
1. Fluent English-speaking skills (at least C1 level and above).
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales and supervisory roles with proven success in sales.
3. Proven experience in sales training and quality control.
4. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, providing motivation, guidance, and coaching to achieve collective goals.
5. Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
6. Availability to work within the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York time).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 5 sales representatives, guiding them towards achieving sales targets.
- Oversee the handling of incoming leads, coordinating efforts to convert leads into satisfied customers through phone calls and chat interactions.
- Continuously refine sales scripts, implementing new techniques to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales results.
- Evaluate the quality of calls and chats.
- Conduct intensive sales training sessions, provide training on updates.
- Prepare sales scripts, conduct knowledge quizzes.
- Engage in one-on-one interactions with our agents to address individual training needs.
- Regularly maintain and update our knowledge base on Notion.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
