Wrist Service Center is looking for an Information Security Lead. The perfect candidate holds a profound understanding of both GRC and operational aspects of Information Security and is preferably an Information Security Architect. This position will be reporting to the CISO and acting as a team lead for currently 4 local information security Specialists at the Manilla office, while also conducting tasks related to the field. The position will be closely working with HQ Security in Denmark. The entire Manilla team is considered part of the Information Security department, led by the CISO.  

As this security team in Manilla is only just being established, the entire team will take part in defining the capabilities of the team – naturally in collaboration with the HQ Security team and the CISO himself.

What you'll be doing:

Lead the Information Security Team at the Manila office

• Define and align initiatives and tasks with the CISO

Wrist Service Center is looking for an IT Delivery Center Head who will assume the overall leadership responsibility for the Manila-based delivery center including staff management as well as vendor relations management. You will be responsible for people management, hereunder performance management of the team's personal development and coaching of direct reports, quality assurance, continuous service improvement, and vendor management.

What you'll be doing:

General

• Develop the overall strategy for the Delivery Center setting the direction for future scope, expansion as well as setup options.
• Manage and develop the Manila-based service & support center ensuring that the center can deliver market-leading IT services (cost and quality) to the whole of the Wrist Group.

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring proper product onboarding of prioritized products. You will onboard products and assist with setting guidelines for the requirements needed for the ship supply industry, both procurement and commercial.

What you'll be doing:

• Use the product knowledge and application to assist with building Wrist's product catalog
• Be in contact with stakeholders – both internal as well as external, around the world
• Act as a point of contact for vendors concerning PDX inquiries, such as categorization support, etc.
• Makes sure to meet the deadlines set for onboarding products in the Master Data system
• Ensures products are enriched by the commercial needs of the company with emphasis on the Ship Supply Industry

Wrist Service Center is looking for a Sr. Master Data Steward who will be responsible for providing on-time and accurate approval, creation, updating, and maintenance of items, vendors, and customer data. You will be actively supporting the adoption of the master data management policies in pursuit of data integrity and availability as required by the organization.

What you'll be doing:

• Accurately approve and execute ITEM/VENDOR/CUSTOMER workflows (i.e. creation, activation, deactivation, low-impact edits) and DevOps tasks (i.e. ad-hoc multi-request or projects)
• Implement data governance policies.
• Check all resources to ensure business rules are being implemented properly to support business needs and/or requests.
• Actively use, review, and update SOPs and the Master Data Checklist 
• Stays informed and updated on Global Master Data policies
• Regularly reviews the MDS reports and executes what is needed
