The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies.
They also facilitate day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing the account strategy in partnership with the client and Paid Social Director, and being accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs.
- Ensuring the operational success of accounts, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget providing implementation, performance optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input.
- Budget pacing & management: Ensuring campaigns are within budget and forecasting future spend.
- Owning and managing the client strategy, and planning key campaign efficiencies by providing data-driven insights based on campaign performance data and research, and creating recommendations for developing current and future digital strategies.
- Managing day-to-day efforts and acting as the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.
- Planning accounts and growth opportunities, and working closely with the Account Directors.
- Building strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Platform knowledge: TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Snapchat – other platform knowledge is a plus
- TikTok Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
