PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical guidance to all Certification Centres in the contribution to the achievement of Quality Goals and Performance Standards

• Support the Luxembourg-based Compliance team of the AIFM (IQ EQ Fund management (Luxembourg) S.A.) in preparing “Know Your Relationship” (KYR) files for both onboarding of new relationships but also for the periodic review (or refresh) of the KYR documentation.

KYR officer will:

• Review and analyze the necessary KYR documents received to onboard new relationships clients and to perform the periodic refresh of the KYR files (based on a risk-based approach);

The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.
