Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly P&L reports and presentations for the leadership team.

• Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage budgets, allocate and report on department budgets.
  • Process payroll, including superannuation lodgment.
  • Advise resourcing manager on project team allocation including hiring priorities

• Ensures correct and timely Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issuance in relation to the productivity and quality targets of the Certification Center.
• Assess product and/or exporter risk levels, identification of product essential requirements and applicable standards following the Business Rules on conformity assessment, import eligibility and process flows, Conformity Assessment Instructions (CAIs), and other related references.
• Provides quality and technically based opinion on product standards and certification.
• Assists in the resolution of standards and certification cases and other requests and or inquiries by utilization of technical expertise on specific goods or commodity.

• Provides applicable product standards on the Report based on the Business Rules, using the SGS proprietary processing software- eTrade and other similar or related references
• Issues CoC’s based on Business Rules and conformity assessment instructions.
• Formulates Product Instructions based on product safety and performance standards
• Attends to all other operational concerns regarding Report issuance which needs technical and experienced opinion.
• Review the quality of the information and completeness of the documents and ensures that it is correctly indexed in the system.
• Review the file administration and standards of the Reports to be issued
• Provides timely and effective responses to the network in relation to inquiries concerning essential product requirements, standards, and service request inquiries.
• Participates in the comprehensive investigation and evaluation of files with standards disputes.
• Sends inquiries to the affiliates or Contract Management Offices (CMO) for additional information.
• Escalate cases of non-response status or high-risk disputes to Supervisor or Management.
• Prepares the PCA Position Paper to present the detailed basis for Standard selection and other evaluation activities.
• Actively attends and participates in team and company meetings/assemblies
• Performs duties or other responsibilities which may be assigned by the Management
• Assist in the maintenance of the Company Quality Management System and the Certification Center’s compliance to the TIC-CBCA Code of Practice and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 17020, ISO 17065)

IT Client Services provides Tier 1-3 virtual and physical support to the organization's end users for software, hardware, conference room technology and meeting support, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues. • Direct, coordinate, prioritize and review work performed by accounting staff and staff from other departments

• Manage the reconciliation of all general ledger accounts in a timely and accurate manner

• Work closely with internal and external parties to support the month-end close processes

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external audits

• Review monthly journal entries, opine on the appropriateness of the proposed accounting treatment and challenge as appropriate  journal entry requests

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support within Managed Service environment.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Products such as Office 365 and Azure.

• Patch Management
• Server and PC health checks

• Experience in supporting Cisco products

• Proven NOC experience

What will you do?

• Analyse and investigate technical issues reported by customers, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide effective resolutions Job Responsibility
• Assess customer support tickets and prioritize based on urgency and impact. Escalate critical issues to higher-level technical support teams as needed
• Effectively resolve basic issues across IT related technologies, systems, and applications such as Hardware, Office 365, Business Application Software, and Network
• Use all available tools, resources, and knowledge base to diagnose the issue and assist with the request
• Take ownership of daily backups, overnight PRTG alerts and check for any issues and escalate or triage as required
• Complete the onboarding and offboarding of clients’ staff as required
• Provide exceptional customer service while employing a logical approach to troubleshooting
• Ensure that the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality are always maintained, and practices are in line with relevant legislation
• Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures including SLA time frames
