About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. Working on a major project with a key client you will be involved in:

What you will need:

• At least 10 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst for software implementation or configuration projects.

• Experience with Payments and Banking softwires

• Sound Knowledge of the financial services industry with experience in switching and payments, including knowledge of the AS2805 or ISO8583 standards

• An understanding of the end-to-end systems development life cycle

• A relevant tertiary qualification in computer science or IT, or significant proven equivalent work experience

You will be joining our Product & Technology team in Avaloq APAC & MEA organization. The whole group is responsible for developing and maintaining our Avaloq solutions for our clients in APAC & MEA.

Your key tasks

The team works with clients and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands and help shape the solutions for our clients.

• Specifying new functionality in collaboration with Software Developers, Partners and Clients

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

The Senior Internal Audit (IA) Data Analyst (DA) will primarily be responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Arch’s internal audit / SOX work and continuous monitoring efforts. Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce is responsible for supporting the reporting and analytics function of Business Development, Lead Management and the Marketing team.

Your main area of focus will be to manage the database source for the all users and in building a complete picture of all activities within the CRM, ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is the one-version of the truth for all data across BD and Marketing. A clean CRM with good data will help to reach our company’s revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDE, ISRs and Lead management for activities to ensure accuracy of data in AGS 360.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with BD Team within assigned region by being tightly aligned with the target accounts, activity, and goals.
• Assist in database mining, Accounts management and database clean ups.
• Assist and guide Lead gen associates in gathering requested data, intelligence and relevant information as exported from the SF database.
