Shift Assignment: Night Shift

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

• Performing day-to-day support work for the company’s end users.
• Creating and deleting user accounts
• Assisting with Ad Hoc projects and backup support for the US Support team

The successful candidate will join Visa’s Global Privacy Office as an Associate in the Global Privacy Strategy and Operations team. In this role, you will be interacting with Visa consumers as well as internal stakeholders, helping them to understand how Visa’s Global Privacy Office can support them to understand how Visa uses personal information

• Using Visa’s online Consumer Rights Portal, effectively and efficiently, plan and prioritize Data Subject Access cases to ensure that statutory deadlines are met.
• Correspond Engage with Visa consumers to better understand their requests ensuring that they get the resolution they are looking for.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working with Visa business teams to ensure that Consumer requests actioned efficiently and appropriately.
• Work with Visa’s Digital Rights Management team to ensure that Subject Access requests are moved to Visa Business Technicians for fulfilment.
•  Work with key business stakeholders to help them understand the privacy program, directing them to subject matter experts where appropriate.
• Navigating Visa’s network of Data Protection Officers, escalate complex queries and complaints from Visa consumers.
•  Identify opportunities to improve operational process efficiencies and help to operationalize the improvements.
• Working with business analysists, support the Global Privacy Office metrics program by helping to produce and maintain accurate Data Subject Access request data.

The Subject Access process is global, and requests are received in a multitude of languages. The role will require that requests are translated so that they can be understood and actioned effectively. Tools will be provided to assist with this.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Shift: Mid Shift

The Claims Analyst is responsible for assisting the onshore claims team with claims administrative duties.  The candidate will be responsible for Static claims, Incompletes, Diaries, and some Data Input into the Company’s systems in accordance with the policies and procedures of Arch Re.  The candidate will provide support and be part of the Arch Re Claims team. There’s potential for the opportunity to progress towards more complex support/treaty processing.

• Run static claims report and communicate with brokers for updates.
• Updating and/or potentially closing static claims.
• Purging claims which fall within the purge criteria.
• Taking responsibility for diary management for the Syndicate.
• Monitoring ECF Incomplete entries, with a view to reducing amount and improving KPIs.
• Liaising with onshore team in respect of Incomplete entries.
• Inputting Additional Case Reserves into the company systems.
• Uploading emails into company systems.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Shift: Night Shift

The Captive Financial Management team is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team!  The GSO Finance Analyst will interact and collaborate with the onshore team to prepare and review cession statements for our captives. They will also partner with the onshore team to work with the Underwriting team, IT personnel, TPA’s, Reinsurers/Captives, External and Internal Auditors, and other external/internal clients on a day-to-day basis. They will provide all necessary finance support for assigned book of business, with a focus on accuracy and meeting prescribed deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of cession statements for an assigned book of business. This includes:
  • The preparation of the Reinsurance Statement of Account (cession/bordereau) to the Reinsurance Brokers and/or Reinsurers in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the terms of the Reinsurance Contract for an assigned book of business.
  • Preparation and Processing of any Cash Receipts and Disbursements, and the payment and/or recovery of reinsurance. Preparation of Letter of Credit Funding Requirements on a quarterly basis and submission to Reinsurers/Captives.
  • Research and analysis based on client requests on an ad hoc basis.
• Communication and Interaction with Underwriting team, IT personnel, TPA’s, Reinsurers/Captives, and various external and internal contacts on day-to-day basis
• Completion of Key Assignments/Special Projects that may be assigned from time to time.
