Job Description

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with owners, directors, and other stakeholders of our biggest restaurant partners in the country
• Negotiate for our restaurant partners’ participation to our promotions, marketing campaigns, and other commercial projects and initiatives
• Strategize with our restaurant partners  for the continuous growth of their foodpanda orders
• Educate our restaurant partners with the best practices to maximize their sales and operations in foodpanda
• Serve as the SPOC for escalations from our restaurant partners
• Ensure that our restaurant partners are able to maintain the best customer experience for their branches in foodpanda

Responsible for selling and executing channel sales plans through customer management , channel development activities and selling capabilities. 

Accounts/ Customer Sales Management (60%)

1. Delivery of  accounts revenue and volume targets 
2. Execution of agreed channel and customer KPIs (availability, pricing, display and activations)
3. Regular coverage of accounts in assigned areas to accomplish sales and collection calls
4. Conducts business reviews and negotiations  to drive wet market revenue and availability

Channel Development and Business Building Activities (20%)

1. Creates channel business plans based on market intelligence and competitive information
2. Looks for other channel and customer opportunities to create other revenue sources  or increase  profitability 
3. Leads or  participates in channel projects that will improve customer and shopper experience

Administrative Work (20%)

1. Budget Management
2. Sales forecasting
3. Maintenance of customer database and account records
4. Other sales related administrative work as required

Food Safety & Quality Management:

1. Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
2. Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 
2. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.

• Efficiently manage ticket quality checks.
• Effectively support the OPM with the management Quality targets.
• Highlight any potential quality issues to the OPM.
• Prepares internal and external quality reporting.
• Liaise with Team Leaders on continuous evaluation and improvement of the team’s internal and external service quality.
• Support Team Leaders with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniques.
• Provide Team Leaders with feedback regarding individual agents’ quality scores.
• Highlight any urgent quality training needs to the Team Leaders whilst supporting them in conducting an effective training needs analysis of all agents.

We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Payable to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service center in Philippines!

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day invoice processing, payment and month end task accurately
• Ensure performance of 3-way matching for all incoming invoices and inventory management tools are monitored
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Ensure related GL accounts and sub ledgers are properly maintained and reconciled
• Making sure that KPIs and SLAs are followed at all times
• Resolution of AP daily issues with internal and external stakeholder in a timely manner
• Prepare accrued expenses with supporting documents based on the company policy and procedure on a monthly basis
• Perform the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers
• Proactive partnering, ensure fairly support stakeholders within team

Our Regional Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated Lead, Accounts Payable (APAC) to help lead and shape AP/T&E processes for the region for all foodpanda’s verticals.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Collaborate with process stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations. 

• Build a regional Shared Service Centre to support all markets. 

• Own and manage the service delivery and performance with defined SLAs/KPIs.

• Prioritization of Transformation projects and providing inputs that will drive process-related investment decisions and implementation

• Ensuring the process complies with any regulations and internal controls/risk management measures

• Present performance results to relevant stakeholders in relevant governance forums (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly Business Review...etc) 

Others:

• Sets the vision & strategic direction, and maintenance of the Service Catalogue/Taxonomy

• Ensure maintenance of process documentation (i.e. Process models, Standard Operating Procedures) 

• Liaise with Central (Delivery Hero), Regional and GRC on managing relevant policies and procedures affecting AP/T&E processes

Responsibilities:

Looking for a Key Accounts Executive to build traction in cosmetics, skincare, and haircare through

profitable department store and chain store expansion in the Philippines

Description of Duties:

• Managing key accounts assigned, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade

marketing strategies and plans, defining strategic brand and SKU assortment to have a

strong representation in these strategic beauty channels

• Negotiates for trade margins with new accounts or renewal of existing accounts and ensures

that all components of the value chain are maximized

• Prepares bottoms-up sales forecast for assigned accounts

• Co-champions monthly S&M meetings and cycle meetings to align the sales organization on

objectives, strategies, and plans

• Delivers the monthly quota for the channel and ensures appropriate allocation of quota to

front liners

• Conducts business review of respective channels and develops the recommended action

• Champions healthy customer P&Ls and identifies the right investment model for the channel

The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for the timely and accurate recording of accounts payable data to SAP.

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment processing, including matching purchase orders and obtaining approval.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Process intercompany / importation invoices.
• Audit employee expenses/liquidation reports based on established criteria.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger accounts
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger transactions of accounts payable

• Prepare month-end/year-end schedules as required.
• Files/Archives supporting documents regularly.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Permit approvals / coordination with retailers – visuals, repairs,

The AP Invoice Processor Specialist is responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC. As the process experts/SME, assists AP Operations Supervisor in resolving complex issues and concerns and may be delegated to perform specific supervisory functions from time to time

INVOICE PROCESSING:

• Processes invoices/billing statements, non-payroll related expense reports/cash advances and other payment requests based on policies, procedures, work instructions and agreed SLA
• Records payable entries in the ERP system using correct cost center, GL account charging, & amount computation (i.e. correct application of VAT/withholding tax or prepayment)
• Executes the AP key controls (i.e. 3-way or 2-way matching, invoice workflow approval, validation of expense, etc.) in a thorough manner and secures required approval in writing for any exception/deviation
• Ensures compliance of company expenses to applicable policies and tax requirements (i.e. complete and valid supporting documents, amount limits, etc. )
• Adheres to service level agreements on the accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and recording of AP entries
• Communicates issues to concerned supplier/employee in a timely manner and logs them in Service Desk system for proper tracking and monitoring of resolution
• Reviews resolution and ensure these are in order before re-processing the invoice/billing/payment request
• Generates payment proposal list and reviews items for payment related to transaction scope on or before agreed cut-off with AP Payment Processing Team
• Analyzes and resolves processing/compliance issues raised during quality reviews or audits and implements mitigating controls/actions to prevent the issues from recurring
• Monitors outstanding open invoices and conducts regular clean-up as needed (at least quarterly)

GENERAL

• Prepares and submits standard or ad hoc reports based on agreed timeline/SLA
• Performs regular coordination meetings with stakeholders to raise and address concerns noted during processing (i.e. Supply Chain, Department SPOC, key suppliers, etc.)
