We are looking for a IT Executive to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Sales / Service Efficiency

• Achieve monthly Key Performance Index (KPI) and Sales targets

3. Customer Development

• Ensure all Customer complaints & inquiries are acted as a matter of urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise.
• Conduct regular face to face customer visit to maintain good business relationship and thus improve customer retention.
• Act on potential sales and collection opportunities to help generate additional new business, up-selling and improve collection.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers’ requirement.
• Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to clients and provide regular communications between the client and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
• To attend to all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.

Looking for a Key Accounts Executive to build traction in cosmetics, skincare, and haircare through

profitable department store and chain store expansion in the Philippines

Description of Duties:

• Managing key accounts assigned, partnering with business managers to arrive at solid trade

Duties and Responsibilities:

• User Management: Adding new users, assigning roles and permissions, and managing access to different modules and features based on users' roles within the organization.
• Configuration and Customization: Customizing NetSuite to meet the organization's unique requirements by configuring settings, creating custom fields, forms, and records, and modifying workflows and processes as needed.
• Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of new features or functionalities in NetSuite, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. System Maintenance: Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that NetSuite is running smoothly. This may involve managing integrations with other systems and resolving any data or synchronization issues.
• Data Management: Importing and exporting data, performing data cleanup and deduplication, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within NetSuite.
• Reporting and Analytics: Creating and customizing reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
• Training and Support: Providing training and support to users, answering questions, and helping troubleshoot any issues or challenges they encounter while using NetSuite. Coordinating meetings, trainings, or other events related to NetSuite iimplementations or upgrades.
• Documentation and SOPs: Maintaining documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures related to NetSuite administration, as well as documenting any customizations or changes made to the system.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization within NetSuite, implementing best practices, and working towards maximizing the value and efficiency of the NetSuite implementation for the organization.

• 2+ proven experience as a NetSuite Admin or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in NetSuite Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and triage every email, ensuring timely responses and prioritization
• Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments for the executive

What you will do:

• Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily managing the applicant tracking system
• Monitor the onboarding and offboarding task lists for joiners and leavers and assist in preparing and gathering documentation
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Collaborate with the staff club to develop and execute engagement strategies.
