Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and greet callers warmly.
• Listen to caller's needs and determine the right DD&G contact.
• Keep an updated list of employees and roles for accurate call routing.
• Use the phone system to transfer calls to the correct person.
• Take messages when the desired contact is unavailable.
• Provide basic information about DD&G to callers.
