Job Responsibilities:

• Mandatory weekend works

• Accepting request forms and performing data entry

• Assistance with listing descriptions.
• Upload photographs into one system and arrange them in a specific sequence, in the most appealing way to attract buyers' attention.
• Conduct research, for example, search for beach access when purchasing a property.
• Add new clients to the email list on Hubspot.
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant in Vacation Rental Property Management or a similar line of business.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet. Knowledge with ChatGPT is a plus.
