We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Drafter and Designer with proficiency in utilizing Compusoft Winner Design Software. The Designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for kitchen spaces that meet clients' functional and aesthetic needs. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed kitchen designs and layouts using Compusoft Winner Design Software.
• Develop 2D and 3D renderings to help clients visualize their new kitchen space.
• Design cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and other kitchen elements that align with the client’s vision and needs.
• Use design software to create accurate, detailed drawings and renderings.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in kitchen design and drafting, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Reporting to the INTERIOR DESIGN MANAGER, this SPECIALIST role is tasked to inspire and surprise visitors by creating relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions that translate the IKEA brand and appeal to the local market.

Your assignment

• You use home furnishing competence to create home furnishing solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes and sales support areas that reflect the IKEA identity;
• You contribute to the creation of a Showroom matrix that reflects a wide variety of styles, living situations and price levels to create a good tempo with distinct visual impressions;
• You actively contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating store communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience by using knowledge about life at home and shopping behaviour in the local market.
• You work together with the Comm&In team and other functions in identifying commercial opportunities by staying up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends;
• You ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness in planning and implementation of all range presentation solutions using global tools, proven solutions and IKEA best practices that will support a convenient shopping experience and reflect the local needs of life at home.
