• Paid Ad Marketing (social & search/display) - we use Feathr for display ads and basic google ads for search, but need to do more.
•  Engagement Funnels (through paid ads, email marketing, etc., to maximize advertising and ongoing nurturing) - we use Active Campaign for email marketing currently
• Outside-the-box marketing ideas and experience

Tools that the candidates must be familiar with:
