ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Support Shepherd is a growing e-commerce company focused on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, so candidates must be based in the Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and optimize online product listings across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Shopify etc)
• Run adword campaigns to drive traffic to the website on different platforms (Google/Facebook/Amazon)
• Manage social media such as Facebook & Instagram posts
• Ensure products are priced competitively and make sure relevant content is in the website & product description
• Schedule posts on different platforms and manage email marketing campaigns 
• Create blog posts and promote products on different forums / bulletin boards

• 2-3 years exp in the same/similar role
• Proficiency in managing online marketplaces such as Shopify and Amazon
• Proficient in utilizing various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Hands-on experience in managing and curating content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Creative thinking to develop engaging content for social media posts and advertisements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling ad copy, social media posts, and effective communication with the -team.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
• Understanding of customer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Position: Property Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM Eastern Time Zone

Salary Range: 900-1200 USD/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)

Job description and tasks: 

• Logging prospective tenant information into Appfolio, logging tenant complaints into Appfolio,
• Communicating with on the ground staff, generating lease renewals within Appfolio, Addressing tenant account issues within Appfolio
• Following up with tenants on any concerns

• Proven experience in property management, at least 2 years
• Proficiency in Appfolio
• Good Oral and Written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
