QUALIFICATIONS:
ď‚· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ď‚· 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects.
ď‚· Proven experience in managing banking-related software projects is a plus.
ď‚· Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
ď‚· Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
ď‚· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and banking clients. ď‚· Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Redmine).
ď‚· PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster certification is a plus.
ď‚· Experience with API integration and/or data migration projects is an advantage.
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects for clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet project timelines, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, risk management, and communication plans.
- Continuously assess and monitor project risks, identifying potential issues early and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with business objectives and make recommendations for changes where necessary.
- Ensure clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including requirements gathering, testing updates, and project status reviews.
- Track and monitor project progress and performance metrics.
