• Receives training and perform duties assigned by Senior Executive Vice President
• May be assigned to explore operation in several department such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operation and IT
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phases of business
• Sets performance goals and objective with upper management
• Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
• Observed experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Consolidate and assist in analyzing of departments

**Monday-Friday 9 Hours shift - Makati Office

• Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing or Technology such as E-Commerce and Industrial Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be an advantage
• With MBA's or equivalent post graduate degrees in the field is a preference, but not a requirement.
