Customer Care Consultants are the first point of contact to deal with existing or potential customers’ enquiries. The role is required to establish effective relationships with the customer by gaining trust and respect and in turn generating customer information in order to deliver a solution

You’re the genie that fulfils our clients and customer’s needs. You’ll represent the account and interact with clients, brokers, and other parties through emails and calls and ensure their services- are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You use analysis, focus, and patience, coupled with product knowledge to effectively execute what is required. Your day could see you:

• Provide a first class customer service experience to our clients.

• Providing smart, effective and efficient service to customers.

• Act quickly and decisively in determining customer needs.

• Promote the campaign as a leading Energy provider by delivering quality customer service to new and existing Simply customers.

• Respond to enquiries about gas and electricity (depending on geographic location) and various client promotional offers.

• Identify sales opportunities, up selling and cross selling of products to new and existing customers.

• Address complaints or fault inquiries and transferring calls as required to appropriate personnel in order to achieve a positive customer outcome.

• Comply with all Quality requirements and scripting at all times.

• Ensure all privacy requirements are adhered to accurately enter all data including relevant and appropriate notations on customer files.

• Implement and observe all Acquire BPO conditions of employment and policy guidelines (with particular regard to personal conduct, presentation, behaviour).

• Commitment to maintain all company workplace health and safety procedures.

• Perform various duties and projects as allocated by the Team Leader or members of Management.

• Contribute to an effective monthly one-on-one progress review with the Team Leader.

• Respond to Performance Improvement Plan stipulations and any coaching requirements.

• Actively participate in team and department activities.

About the job

Reporting to the Customer Care Centre Team Leader, this AGENT role is responsible to build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multi-channel retail environment by valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, understanding customer motivation and expectations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand. Among other tasks, this involves experience in customer handling to ensure the satisfaction of the customers who contact us directly through the contact centre in all media platforms.

Your assignment

• 5+ years' experience as project/program manager/Subject Matter Expert, delivering complex system-integrated business application projects. Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience with project planning, execution, go-to-market activities, and managing cross-functional, global project teams.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional teams to achieve desired results, effectively prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives and complex situations simultaneously
• Visa subject matter and/or payments expertise
• Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
• Excellent analytical, communication, written, presentation, interpersonal, and time management with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Understanding of Genesys IWS, Chat, Telephony, IVR and associated routing, queue functionality and reporting
• Understanding and a willingness to learn Artificial Intelligence related to Bot and reporting functionality
• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and methodologies and KM governance

• Manage activities, requests for support and information, and operational issues for Visa’s Global clients and processors in a 24x7 support model.

The Role

This is a mid-level professional role with progressive responsibility as experience grows. This role serves as a functional/technical specialist, working independently with minimal guidance in complex and unconventional situations. 

Responsibilities

• This role administers the business processes related to client onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and ongoing management of client and users that the GCR Team caters to.

• Manage activities, requests, and inquiries for support and information thru various case management tools which includes but is not limited to emails, chat, calls, etc.

• Manage enrollment, client set-up, and deactivation process by closely coordinating with clients, Visa Account Executives, and other internal organization as needed.

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems and clearly identify complexity for proper and timely escalation.

• Provide global support during US/LAC/EU/AP/CEMEA business hours as needed.

• Flexible in the event of schedule change requirement - willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and overtime when needed. (24/7 operations, rotating and shifting schedules)

Position Description

The Merchant Support Team Lead position will be part of our Award-Winning Customer Support team and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 Merchant Support Representatives taking inbound merchant requests through telephone calls, emails and chat sessions.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Ensures that staff performance is in compliance with established procedures and meets or exceeds departmental performance standards.

• Provides daily direction and communication to representatives.

• Provides feedback, coaching and training to meet performance objectives.

• Provides statistical, performance feedback, coaching and development on a regular basis to each representative. Writes and administers performance reviews for skill improvement.

• Conducts regular call evaluations and audits to monitor team member’s adherence to quality and departmental policies on customer interactions.

• Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. Prepares and communicates documentation with representatives. Makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required.

• Shares continual responsibility for deciding how to manage representatives ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Ability to handle and resolve escalated customer concerns.

This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.

Position Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be part of our award winning Customer Support team responsible for supporting the business and technical needs of our growing merchant base. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be assisting Authorize.Net merchants and partners with their payment gateway accounts through inbound phone calls.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Respond to incoming merchant and partner requests quickly, proficiently and professionally while meeting specific key performance indicators

• Answer merchant questions and resolve problems related to billing, account management, website integration, connectivity methods and other technical issues

• Thoroughly and efficiently document cases in customer relationship manager system (Salesforce)

• Update cases (Salesforce) with current status of all ongoing issues and merchant contacts

• Collaborate with managers, advanced support, product support specialists and partner groups as needed to provide one-call resolution

This is an on-site position. An on-site position must be consistently performed at an assigned Visa office location and require daily commute to the office location.
