Salary: P40,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 2+ years of experience on a similar role with background in banking or finance.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft CRM.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working for US clients.
What will you do?
- Contact and respond to team member requests for statements, investment performance, cash distributions and performance reports or the team.
- Process and follow up on operational duties linked to new accounts, transfers, risk management, and transactions.
- Breakout State Tax Returns from Federal Tax Returns.
- Fill in tracking sheet for tax returns.
- Assist with Billing.
- Cost basis reconciliation.
- Maintain tracking sheet for calendar of meetings and managing and scheduling meetings.
- Establish, develop, maintain and update client files.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date data in Microsoft CRM and other internal systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
