Shift: Night Shift

The Financial Analyst - CASH RECONCILIATION is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and
reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will provide support during night
shift corresponding to US EST working hours and be part of the Finance team.

• Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
• Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies
• Provide data analytics – e.g. payment volume report, duplicate and prohibited vendors
• Assist with journal entries on reclass and reprocess
• Vendor management - verify banking information for ACH and wire settlements
• Access vendor billing portals to generate electronic invoices
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist with various projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
• Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to meet departmental goals

CASH RECONCILIATION

• Manage and enhance the work relationship with the 20-30 partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager
• Renegotiate the contracts conditions such as commission rate or minimum basket size with restaurant manager on a regular basis
• Convince restaurant manager to implement the backlink on their website and/or a splash page to convert online traffic into additional orders
• Design and improve the aftersales process by streamlining the operations and the CRM system
• Find and convince the best partner restaurants to join the corporate menu booklet and monitor the order evolution as well as customer experience after integration
• Negotiate exclusive deals with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it

Pimary Functions

Provides Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports; manage B2B Portal system updates and processing uploads; Data processing and maintaining accurate Material Master & Customer Master Data; Manage SCS3 Help Inbox; Pricing uploads in PT “Promo tool” system & SAP; Additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by Senior Management

Key Roles

• Routine Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports for the following, Sales Dashboard; Backorder Report; Inventory Count; Material and Master Date Errors; Sell Out Report Retail Customers)
• Creates & Maintains customer Extranet accounts suing B2B Portal
• Creates, maintains & supports Material Data including New Materials, Material determinations; exclusions & inclusions; Maintain Customer master data within SAP; Initiate the set-up and processing all new customers within PT.SCS3 Help; Reviews queries in SCS3 help inbox and ensure timely feedback & action; Escalate reoccurring issues
• Ensures all current and upcoming promotions are uploaded in a timely and acceptable manner without error within Promo Tool
• List & Contract Pricing loaded without error in SAP
• Ensure all processes are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
• Ensure participation in CIP and Leadership Training Programs as required
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by Senior Management

• Negotiate exclusive deals and marketing ads with the best partner restaurants in order to increase the orders and at the same time safeguarding the relationship quality to the partner restaurant
• Ensure that all partner restaurants maintain a high customer experience and brief them on how to even improve it
• Improve the aftersales process and care by helping partner restaurants with any issues they may encounter on the portal, with devices, any other operational issues they may encounter.

As an End-User Helpdesk Agent, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline user management and customer support. The End-User Helpdesk Agent efficiently provides support to customers, is a flexible problem-solver, and is confident at providing solutions. You investigate if you do not have enough information to resolve customer inquiries and complaints. At the same time, you are patient, empathetic, and very communicative with others. The End-User Helpdesk has at least basic computer skills and the capacity to stay focused in a busy work environment. The service runs 24 x 7.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Process User Management/UMT worklist requests within SLA
• Provide updates to the Sponsors, Implementation Managers, and other relevant teams on the creation/maintenance of all client-supported product accounts.
• Follow strict instructions on the creation/update of all client-supported product accounts as specified on Helpdesk Briefs/Communication Plans for each trial.
• Communicate with the Sponsor via email regarding issues on the creation/maintenance of all supported products and follow up on resolutions in a timely fashion and ensure communication is accurate both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure that all data is entered/updated correctly in the CRM system.
• Perform database system performance reporting tasks.
• Root Cause Analysis ticket owner for alerts and errors generated by the various products supported.
• Complete QC activities for User Management activities completed by other Helpdesk Administrators
• Complete Site Allocation for all client-supported product Users in a timely fashion.
• Escalate promptly to Shared UM TL any issues with the completion of User Management or compliance with SLA.
• Ensure compliance with customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Skills/Attributes Required:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Technical:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, OUtlook, etc.)
• Computer and Internet-savvy
• Call/Contact Center ticketing tools, i.e., Zendesk, Salesforce (or similar CRM platform)
• Call/Contact Center call management tools, i.e., Avaya, 8x8 (or similar) is advantageous

Qualifications:

• At least High School diploma or equivalent
• User Management or Data Entry experience for at least 1 year
• Previous experience in SSC/BPO and Customer Service is nice to have
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently in English at all levels
