Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Secretary with expertise in leasing, legal documentation, and bookkeeping within the property management industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of legal documents, leases, and the tools commonly used in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing Administration:
• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and other leasing documents.
• Coordinate with tenants and landlords to ensure timely lease renewals, amendments, and compliance with lease terms.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities in the Rent Manager system.
• Legal Documentation:
• Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents related to property management, including contracts, agreements, and notices.
• Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a secure filing system for legal and property-related documents.
• Bookkeeping and Financial Administration:
• Manage financial transactions, including rent payments, security deposits, and other related fees.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports using property management software.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning for property operations.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors regarding property-related matters.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property inspections.

• Proven experience in property management, with a strong focus on leasing, legal documents, and bookkeeping.

What a Consulting Program Head, Visa Consulting & Analytics does at Visa:

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Consulting Program Head in the VCA team based in the Philippines. This individual will act as the overall program head to deliver end-to-end consulting engagements for our key issuing, acquiring, merchant & fintech clients. Typically, the individual will closely interact & work with the client team gathering and managing project inputs, analyzing data to form conclusions and recommendations, developing and presenting compelling project reports and working with clients on executing recommendations. 

The program will include initiatives that cover payment strategy review and roadmap design, portfolio and product-market fit assessment, customer value proposition design/refresh, people/talent enablement, digital payments wallet assessment and launch, mobile banking app diagnostics and enhancement, and other growth initiatives. It will also cover improving customer engagement on client portfolios powered by Visa’s data, collaborating closely with the data science teams on building data-driven solutions (e.g. AI model deployment).

The Consulting Program Head will be responsible for identifying potential clients’ business pain-points and areas for strategy and process improvement, thereby defining project scope deliverables and revenue opportunity to sell-in client engagement projects and building new practice solutions.

• Contribute to the development of VCA’s consulting offerings and engagement delivery in the Philippines to help Visa clients protect and grow payments 
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client senior executives through impactful consulting engagements
• Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., product, marketing, risk, innovation) to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources
• Prepare client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverables
• Participate in delivering project engagements by preparing project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks
• Conduct industry research, drawing on Visa and partner resources as well as colleagues to identify global best practices and distill insights relevant to the client problem at hand
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly
