This is a Business Development role in a team of experienced professionals developing, delivering and winning high impact opportunities for Visa. The role is responsible for growing the acceptance and usage of Cybersource in Philippines, targeting net new merchants, acquirers and payment service providers as well as other companies accepting or facilitating payments to add them to our growing client portfolio. The role also requires close collaboration with other Visa teams to offer Visa acceptance solutions for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security and other digital solutions.

What a Senior Manager, Acceptance Sales Executive does at Visa

• Identify prospects, drive pipeline development, manage the sales process, close new business and successful go-live, generating revenue from deals
• Effectively lead revenue generation while meeting strategic business objectives
• Design and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns
• Collaborate with hub team to identify, qualify and progress sales with prospects or cross-sell of other Visa acceptance solutions to new / existing Cybersource clients

In this role, you will primarily be supporting Philippines as part of our IPVMC corporate communications team and deliver on all aspects of our communications programs across the markets. The successful candidate will:

• Develop communications strategies that support Visa’s business objectives and drive growth across the markets  

• Develop communications programs that demonstrate the value of Visa to everyone, everywhere

• Lead the development and delivery of informative and engaging employee communications activities including employee communications programs and staff volunteering events

• Drive Visa’s Social Impact programs in the Philippines

• Support the execution of Visa’s media relations programs across the markets including:

  • Developing the strategy and managing the execution of media engagements

  • Identifying and maximizing opportunities to enhance Visa’s profile in the media 

  • Developing content to promote Visa’s brand, technical and industry leadership, new products and services

  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with journalists across general, business, lifestyle and technology media 

  • Ensuring spokespeople are well briefed and trained to deliver key messages

  • Ensuring Visa’s senior management are seen as trusted authorities by the local media

  • Creating opportunities for the Country Manager and other key management to obtain high, positive profiling in top tier broadcast, print and digital media 

• Provide executive communication support to the Country Manager across a variety of internal, external, client, and media communications opportunities  

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure corporate communications and marketing programs are aligned and a coordinated approach is being taken to leverage Visa’s assets across the markets 

• Partner with Visa’s in-market PR agency to successfully deliver communications programs across the region

• Work with the Government Engagement function to support Visa’s public policy position 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Office Admin Executive (Office Manager) is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage various administrative and operational functions, including office management, travel bookings, billing, event planning, vendor and courier management.

Reporting to the Admin Manager, your key responsibilities are the following:

• Office Management and Facilities Management
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance and facility-related issues.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Supervise office support staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Travel & Booking Management
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation for visitors and employees.
  • Ensure all travel bookings comply with company policies and budgets.
  • Maintain travel records and prepare travel itineraries for employees.
  • Assist employees with VISA applications and other travel-related documentation.
• Billing and Invoice Management
  • Work with our Finance team in handling accounts payable and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, including reimbursements for company-related expenses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget preparation, alongside our Finance team.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding billings/invoice processing.
• Events Management
  • Plan and coordinate company events, townhall meetings, and engagement activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning with assigned Project Lead/s.
• Vendor Management, and Courier Management
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee courier services for the office, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of mail, company devices, and packages.
  • Track and manage office assets and equipment, alongside IT team.
