In this role, you will be the single point of contact for the Commercial and Finance teams, to liaise on Finance/Revenue related requests. You will be the go-to person from the Commercial side on all Finance related processes, platforms and documents who can advise on actions accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key cut-off dates based on the Monthly Closing Calendar are strictly adhered to

• Update opportunities for Commercial teams and advise on opportunity set-up in Salesforce. 
• Commission opportunity in Salesforce to get the job number (i.e. include billing instructions, final contract details, evidence of agreement (EOA) and/or PO). Raise job number request for exception cases, if needed.
• Raise request and coordinate new SAP account creation and credit checks.
• Review and approve proforma invoices .
• Follow up with the Billing team on sending invoices to clients.
• Raise credit memo request for invoice revisions/ cancellations.
• Attend the local Billing and Cash Collection calls and coordinate action items with the Commercial team.
• Ensure project dates in SAP are updated. Raise SAP change requests as needed.
• Follow up with the Operations team on pending fieldwork start date confirmation.
• Follow up with the Commercial team on pending evidence of delivery (EOD).
• Other Finance/Revenue-related duties, as assigned

The main responsibility will be to assist the Sales Support Manager in providing support for the Sales Director and his/her sales team in their day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Independent, proactive and pragmatic support in day-to-day business including some client’s management
• Independent processing of internal and external correspondence in English
• Independent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support for Sales Director and his/her team members to complete the tasks assigned by Sales Support Manager
• Cooperation and collaboration with other departments in case of a need
• Administrative work related to expenses management, data gathering and processing from different sources
• Design of presentation documents and decision templates

Drawing on your existing experience in Corporate, Company or Fiscal law you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day administrative and legal formalities for our varied and complex client portfolios. This will include regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities including funds, trusts and companies.

You’ll be highly organized, pay close attention to detail and know your subject matter as you will be dealing with queries relating to account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publication and filing, notarial and private deeds, incorporation and liquidations.

You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, banks and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.

Position Purpose: A brief statement/summary of the primary purpose of the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant is responsible for providing sales

administration and support to the Sales Executives and Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities and Duties: Detail the main activities and responsibilities involved

Areas of direct responsibility:

· Administration support to sales team

· Sales data entry including bookings

· Internal emails

· Preparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and

various systems

Administration Duties:

· Assist sales team with creating sales proposals for clients

· Sales data entry: Receive and process new booking schedules for clients from sales team

· Timely processing of booking changes

· Monitor bookings to ensure spots are not dropped out of the schedule, or are replaced

· Complete check at month end of any spots not transmitted, prior to invoicing

· Prepare reports pre and post client campaigns to support client results delivery, using excel

and other various systems

· Monitor and Coordinate material changes. Retrieve requested information from IBMS.

· Coordinate the filler lists for sales office each week

· Prepare regular reports for available airtime for sales

· Prepare monthly share reports for sales team

· Communicate clearly and concisely with and assist sales team members and other seven

employees as required over email, Microsoft teams, cisco jabber.
