What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
• Amenable to work in US hours and hybrid work modality

• Must have good communication skills - Preferred Berlitz score of C1, min accepted a B2.
• Typing of 25 words a min.
• Minimum 6 months exp in a BPO, preferred 1 year in an Inbound/Outbound Voice Process (pref with Sales/Unsell/Retention/CX) experience.
