We are looking for someone that is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite components mostly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as in Microsoft Office Suite most specifically PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as some video editing capabilities are a plus. With a thorough understanding of the craft, the candidate must have a successful track record in graphic design. Highly professional and creative, a team player, resourceful and thinks out of the box. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate project management skills as well the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications/experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a graphic design role in a corporate setting/professional services company specializing in publications, presentations & infographics illustration.
• Applicants must be willing to work at Bonifacio, Global City
• Skilled in Videography using Adobe applications
• Experience with publishing (books, magazines, brochures etc.) is a plus.
• Can provide a portfolio (edited videos, fitting the corporate standards)
• Working knowledge of Workday
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (must have strong skills in Excel & Power Point)

Who We’re Looking For

We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You're a problem-solver with a strong work ethic, able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining your poise and professionalism. You will primarily act as the executive assistant to the CEO, as well as support the Chief of Staff. You will report to the Chief of Staff.

What You’ll Do

• Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, along with virtual travel support.
• Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients. Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, Twitter DMs, etc.
• Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input data into various databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Update and maintain existing records to ensure data integrity. Perform regular data cleansing and validation procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of tasks and activities. Generate reports and summaries as required.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms or ability to learn.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.
