As a Customer Success Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional help desk support to our valued customers, who are primarily accountants & bookkeepers using our software. This is an offshore position, allowing you to work remotely and support our global customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help Desk Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) regarding software functionality, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our software. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
• Training and Support Content: Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower customers to effectively use our software. Create engaging and informative content to enhance customer understanding and adoption of our products.
• Automated Communications: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to automate communication workflows, ensuring customers receive timely updates, product announcements, and relevant information. Continuously improve and optimize automated communication processes.
• Quality Assurance: Regular testing of the Aider product to ensure data accuracy, user experience, and functionality is of the highest standard

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role, preferably in a software or technology-related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Accounting and bookkeeping qualification and experience is essential
• Familiarity with accounting software used by accountants is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using help desk software, CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and automate communications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for customer success.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Solutions Specialist will act as a brand ambassador by assisting and resolving customer inquiries on a variety of communication channels.

This role will be responsible for capturing customer expectations, preferences, and aversions while finding helpful solutions and delivering exceptional, professional service in every interaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound & Outbound Contacts
• Handle B2B/B2C prospects, answer requests or complaints, and bring the most appropriate answer/solution according to our Client's “Service Guidelines”
• Consistently models exemplary customer service and promotes first contact resolution for both internal and external partners.
• Actively listen to clients and maintains a friendly, positive, professional attitude.
• Resolves difficult situations with creativity, tact, and diplomacy.
• Outbound contact to customers (via chat, email, and/or call), internal and external partners for various activities.
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Customer Support Operations and Additional Support: Identify and report any issues or factors affecting the operation, customer experience, and over-all journey of products and services to direct manager or by liaising with key internal partners to find a suitable solution
• Monitor Customer service requests on Salesforce(chat, email, and phone), Slack, and all other social media platforms
• All other duties or projects as assigned
  

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Time to answer for emails and chat, Average speed of answer for chats and calls, first contact resolution, Accurate ticket tagging

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1-year experience in providing customer service via chat, email, phone, or in person.

Experience with the financial/banking industry is preferred.

SKILLS:

• Passion for providing Customer Service (empathy, patience, friendliness, positive attitude, proactivity
• Excellent communication in verbal and written form
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player
• Ability to work independently, take direction, and prioritize accordingly

Purpose of the Role:

Work collaboratively with our team to complete detailed residential construction drawings in order to obtain building consent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Use ArchiCAD to complete detailed residential architectural drawings of buildings and structures within the timeframes allowed.
• Interpreting additional consultants documentation and include into construction drawings where required.
• Ensure compliance with NZ statutory and regulatory building requirements and manufacturer/ supplier specifications.
• Assist with the consenting process, completing RFI questions as required.
• Additional tasks as required such as completing 3D renders, updating templates.

Performance Indicators:

• Billable hours output of 6.5 hours per day, loaded into specified workflow system daily.
• Low council RFI return rate average of 7 or less.
• Completing allocated tasks within specified timeframes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma of Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in residential architectural design in NZ.
• The ability to manage a portfolio of jobs and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Archicad software and 3D rendering skills.
• Confident English communication at all levels of business.
• A strong understanding of the NZ industry materials, practices and procedures with a sound knowledge of the NZ building code and NZS 3604
• A positive solution orientated disposition and a “can do” attitude.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn new skills, develop and progress

The Role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Customer Development

• Monitor customer’s evolving needs, ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship
• Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to clients and provide regular communications between the client and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
• Act on Customer complaints & inquiries with urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise
• Act on all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.
• Act on all leads from members of the staff, customers or members of the public;
• Call on potential and existing clients; make investment calls;
• Conduct a complete survey by ensuring all pertinent details are clearly stated;
• Ensure sales Key Performance Index (KPI) are met;
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are complied with, quality standards are met, and that sales are viable.
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop counter measures.
• Take charge of speed and quality of response to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity is critical to our success.
• Understand the functions of other departments to facilitate information and knowledge flow.
• Manage customer’s account in ensuring good credit status and liaise with the credit controllers on effective cash collection to customers.

Sales/ Service Efficiency

• Achieve the agreed sales target.
• Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention.
• Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
• Ensure use of sales kits and sell professionally.

Credit Management

• Drive cash collection as one of important aspects within the CD team, ensuring the DSO targets are achieved consistently across the customer base.
• Actively involve with customers to ensure credit is kept within the targeted guidelines of the business.
• Assist with the collection of debts and credit issues.
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required documents are in order for New Business, Renewals and Jobs Sales prior to service or treatment.
• Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase productivity thereby realizing and achieving sales targets, reduce customer complaints, and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.
