Position : Customer Support Representative
Work Hours (Client) : 9 am to 6 pm, EST, M-F
Work Hours (MNL) : 9 pm to 6 am, EST, M-F

Pay Range : $800-$1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for support ticket management on Discord and help customers with their memberships.
- They'll need to be organized and be able to quickly read through a ticket and understand the customer issue.
- They'll be managing multiple tickets/emails per day all at once.
- Processing refunds
- Looking into member accounts to resolve issues/inquiries, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of related Customer Service experience
- Experience using Discord is a huge plus. (Discord moderation, etc.)
- Experience with Whop.com is advantageous but not required (training will be provided)
- Excellent oral & written communication skills (English language)
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to multi-task
