Position Summary

The Service Engineer is responsible for providing high quality customer support through on-site services as well as leading product commissioning, maintenance, repairing and training. The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle: ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts receivables. Prepares candidate information reports related to leasing, permitting and land use viability. Prepares lease or other real estate agreements.
