This role will work remotely from the Philippines on behalf of our Australian-based business. Core Principles

• Oversee programs of work for your client/s

Project Management

• Ensure financial health of each client by proactively managing (Budget reporting)
• Commercial analysis & budget reporting/ forecasting for each client
• Forward-plan, anticipate problems, identify gaps and crunch points and highlight so teams can adapt across workstreams
• Identify knowledge/resource gaps where necessary and facilitate finding a solution
• Set agenda, lead agenda, host meetings and ensure a clear plan for all team members and clients after meeting to reach next project milestone

• Managing a portfolio of our premium customers, across the entire lifecycle.
• Further test and improve playbooks, aligning to key moments that matter for time to value, feature adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Really dig into data to pull actionable insights that help to guide and measure.
• Engage proactively with your clients, ensuring high engagement and activity rate from customers.
• Ensure your customers maintain high health scores, and proactively and creatively engage and solve for those who don’t.
• Collect and share insightful feedback from our customers back into other CS teams, marketing, and product.
• Work closely with other teams on cross-functional projects/OKRs aimed to improve retention.

Position: Guest Service Agent

Work Hours: Thursday to Monday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST | 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Standard Time

Holidays: Philippine holidays

Pay Range: USD 900 - 1,200 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management

• Act as the primary contact for reservation requests, providing prompt and accurate information to potential guests.
• Assist guests with booking processes, availability inquiries, processing payment and any modifications or cancellations.

Communication and Guest Assistance

• Handle incoming guest phone calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Proactively address any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, taking appropriate measures to resolve them efficiently.

Guest Experience Monitoring

• Monitor incoming reservations to ensure guests receive check-in instructions and relevant information in a timely manner.
• Conduct comfort checks to ensure guests are satisfied with their accommodations and address any concerns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and provide recommendations for improvements.

Resolution Management

• Escalate guest issues internally to the appropriate departments or management, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address issues reported by guests.
• Liaise with Airbnb as necessary to support guests and find amicable solutions to challenges they may encounter.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest issues effectively.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary: P30,000 to P40,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 1 year Customer Service Experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude towards problem solving
• Ability to meet agreed KPI’s
• Experience in an inbound/outbound call environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience using CRM Software (Zendesk, etc.)
• Experience in FMCG industry
• AU Customer Service Experience

• Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail towards our clients.
• Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients and that all programs and their staff support this level of service.
• Ensure that all forms of enquiries via phone, email, social media, website or other, are handled in a friendly, professional and timely manner to maximize enquiries and support high conversions.
• Support reporting duties in a confidential manner.
• Effectively prioritize tasks according to department requirements or business needs.
• Update relevant documents used to support the Intake team in order to provide the most up to date information to clients and staff.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
