This role will work remotely from the Philippines on behalf of our Australian-based business. You will work with the Project Leads, department leads & the operations team within the business to manage resourcing requirements across the creative, COE & Business Advisory teams. • Oversee programs of work for your client/s
• Owner of a ‘project trix’ (scope/ pricing, timings, resourcing, WIP, budget tracker)  for your clients

Project Management

• Ensure design and delivery of all projects align with scope, and flag any risks or escalations required outside of this
• Ensure all projects are within our project management platform and set up any projects that are yet to be entered, including estimate creation, timeline creation & resource 
• Ensure financial health of each client by proactively managing (Budget reporting)
• Commercial analysis & budget reporting/ forecasting for each client
• Forward-plan, anticipate problems, identify gaps and crunch points and highlight so teams can adapt across workstreams
• Identify knowledge/resource gaps where necessary and facilitate finding a solution
• Set agenda, lead agenda, host meetings and ensure a clear plan for all team members and clients after meeting to reach next project milestone
• Schedule key project milestones and assign tasks to team members in line with overall workflow
• Assist with building best-in-class PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents
• Take an active role in all aspects of the Project Management team
