The role is responsible to effectively run the Agile events and ceremonies for successful outcomes, enable delivery by removing blockers and identify the interdependencies, capacity planning, keeping close eye on team's velocity, close monitoring of user story progress and delivery during the sprint, keep the team motivated and engaged, have a clear understanding of leadership and facilitation, stakeholder management (know the products & stakeholders, release management, coach & support the squad on Agile and encourage Agile Ways of Working (WOW), has an ability to run more than one full fledged SQUADs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

DELIVERY / TEAM:

1. Assist the team in the early identification of impediments and work accordingly with the organization and/or other teams in order to remove them or mitigate their impact to the product development process.

2. Train and Mentor the team in the correct understanding of Agile values, principles and applicable frameworks, enabling the team to identify how to get most value out of them within the context of the project.

3. Make effective and timely use of escalations to the account team and/or client when needed.

OPERATIONS:

1. Set up teams (together with Tech Lead) by raising requests as needed, selecting team members based on project needs & engagement constraints and setting them up for success by building a shared understanding of the client expectations and engagement conditions.

2. Actively look for opportunities of growth for Globants position within the client engagement and follow through accordingly to actually turn them into new business (i.e. supporting proposals, contributing to forming new teams, etc.).

3. Keep financial forecasts updated on a weekly basis.

4. Manage P&L effectively to comply with revenue and margin targets.

5. Process billing accurately on a monthly basis - or as applicable for the engagement.

6. Take timely care of project assignments & releases for team members.

7. Manage team leaves/vacations requests helping the team to assess the delivery & financial implications and plan accordingly to avoid/mitigate impacts.

8. Manage customer satisfaction through the regular submission of surveys and follow through corrective/improvement actions with the team as needed.

9. Manage extra compensation / bonuses for the team (members) as needed.

Highly motivated Digital Business Analyst to join the team, specializing in initiatives that
revolve around the Authentication Journey. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning
and balancing security measures while minimizing customer friction to ensure a secure
and seamless experience for our customers in their Web & App Journey.

The Business Analyst ensures that the squad is set up for success by identifying and
defining needs, and opportunities and recommending solutions by facilitating a
collaborative approach to maximize the value delivered to our customers and
stakeholders.

They support the Product Manager in maintaining and optimizing the product backlog
in line with business prioritization.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who:

● Is capable of leading the BA efforts end-to-end
● Takes ownership of Squad initiatives and is invested in its success
● Has experience working in cross-functional teams
● Knowledge of Authentication in digital flows
● Awareness towards handling customer PII
● Stakeholder analysis & management
● Familiarity with agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives related to the Authentication Journey.
● Product and system analysis
● Stakeholder analysis and management -Work closely with stakeholders, including
Security, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, E-commerce, and Technology teams, to
gather requirements and address conflicting needs.
● Assisting the Product Manager (or working independently) in formulating the
product roadmap and squad backlog
● Developing and documenting detailed business requirements, translating
requirements into Epics/User Stories (e.g. functional or non-functional
requirements) in partnership with the squad
● Aligning with developers, designers and QAs while translating business
requirements into stories and acceptance criteria
● Ensuring the stories created by the squads are of good quality, eg. size, include a
Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Acceptance Criteria for testing (both
functionally and non-functionally).
● Providing consultation on industry standards based on domain expertise
● Having a data-driven mindset in identifying customer problems using data from
analytics, insights from customer surveys, user testing and heat-mapping
● Collaborating with external teams who can support the Squad during solution
delivery, mapping out dependencies and creating mitigation plans with the Delivery
Lead
● Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities and strategies to
improve business efficiency and driving business process re-engineering initiatives
● Other traditional BA responsibilities, include running discovery workshops,
facilitating ideation sessions, current state analysis, gap analysis, feasibility
analysis and process mapping and project managing of RAPIDs/RACIs.
● Ensuring the business and technical components of the solution collectively
provide the outcome for the customer
● Formulating the plan for production using the solution in consultation with the
squad members and other key stakeholders

• Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
• Work with our Market Analyst group on submissions for clients. These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations
• Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
• Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.
