• Support the implementation of tools and methodologies to enhance portfolio visibility and decision-making.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure portfolio management practices comply with organizational policies and standards.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining portfolio governance frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Planview).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and architecture.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Certifications (preferred):
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.

Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Fully-Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
• Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
• Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents.
• Monitor property performance and market conditions.

• Previous work experience as a Real Estate Analyst, or other roles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; financial modeling experience preferred.
• Familiarity with filemaker pro and skills in internet searching
• Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics (e.g., cap rates, NOI, IRR).
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
