The Logistics Supervisor for Poultry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This role includes supervising receiving, warehousing, distribution, and managing all inventory functions (including feeds, eggs, office supplies, packaging materials, and repairs and maintenance). The goal is to ensure that orders are fulfilled with optimal trucking allocation, while maintaining inventory accuracy and data integrity. The Logistics Supervisor will also ensure that all deliverables (daily/monthly reports) are met within the expected timeframes.

WAREHOUSING ACTIVITIES

• Manages and coordinates all major activities and ensures that standard operating procedures are adhered from Receiving, Inventory, Replenishment, Cleaning, Handling, up to Reporting.
• Ensure Warehouse equipment and facilities are working and in good condition
• Implements Good Warehousing Practices (GWP)
• Conducts over-all assessment of the facility to evaluate factors that may influence and impact the warehousing operations
• Conducts regular inspection. recommends, and implements enhancements to existing procedures and programs of the section
• Coordinates with other section supervisor and leadmen to ensure seamless integration of Production, Warehousing, and Transport
• Ensures that all warehousing related documents and reports (Actual and System)  are accomplished and submitted in a timely manner.

ORDER FULFILLMENT ACTIVITIES

• Manages and coordinates all major activities and ensures that standard operating procedures are adhered from Orders Receiving, Truck Allocation, Actual Dispatch, Reports, and System Transactions
• Ensure Transport equipment and vehicles are working and in good condition
• Implements Truck and Personnel GMP
• Conducts over-all assessment of the processes that may influence and impact the Order Fulfillment operations
• Conducts regular inspection. recommends, and implements enhancements to existing procedures and programs of the section
• Coordinates with other section supervisor and leadmen to ensure seamless integration of Production, Warehousing, and Order Fulfillment
• Ensures that all Order Fulfillment related documents and reports (Actual and System)  are accomplished and submitted in a timely manner.

     
FARM BIOSECURITY POLICY

• Ensures that the company’s biosecurity policies and SOPs are strictly followed.
• Review on processes and practices that may help improve the existing biosecurity procedures.

REGULATORIES

• Prepares for regulatory documents, e.g. Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance, Local Permits Compliance, Truck Handlers and Vehicles Accreditation
• Prepares documents and facilitates the processes necessary to secure shipping documents and other certificates, permits or licenses.
• Coordinates with relevant government agencies to ensure smooth and seamless transactions in the regulatory requirements

TEAM SUPERVISOR

• Supervise, monitors, and evaluates the performance of direct subordinates
• Builds PAR and provides intervention for the development and growth of direct subordinates
• Monitor the services of third party manpower service providers

FOOD SAFETY

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Supervisor for Egg Production is responsible for managing the operations of the Rearing and/or Laying sections of the company’s layer farm. He/she implements programs (biosecurity, animal husbandry, etc) and procedures in order to achieve layer operational efficiency and production targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REARING and LAYING PROCESSES & ACTIVITIES

• Manages and coordinates all major activities and ensures that standard operating procedures are adhered to:
  • Pre-loading and transfer/receiving preparations (day old pullet chick-in, transfer of pullets)
    Brooding, debeaking
  • Medication and Vaccination
  • Sample Weighing for Conformity and Uniformity
  • Culling
  • Post-transfer Cleaning
  • Repairs between cycles
  • Prepares and monitor budget
• Ensure rearing and layer house systems (Feeds, Water, Ventilation, Lighting, Egg Collection, Manure Collection, Cage, etc.) are working and in good condition, specifically:

• Implements flock health programs for the assigned farms. Applies therapeutic regimen as needed and as instructed by the Farm Veterinarian

• Conducts over-all assessment of the facility and husbandry practices in the farms to evaluate factors that may influence and impact the flock health.
• Analyzes trends based on metrics and interpret results by identifying possible causes of abnormalities requiring immediate dispositions or recommendations for an appropriate course of action

FARM BIOSECURITY POLICY

• Ensures that the company’s biosecurity policies and SOPs are strictly followed.
• Conducts regular biosecurity audits to ensure compliance on the biosecurity procedures.
• Review on processes and practices that may help improve the existing biosecurity procedures.
• Provides biosecurity recommendations to further improve the farms' biosecurity procedures.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Checks inventory of supplies (Feeds, Office Supplies, MedVax, R&M, etc) and ensures that stocks are sufficient all the time.
• Ensures that supply stocks (Feeds, Office Supplies, MedVax, R&M, etc) are available for use in the farms.
• Ensures proper management of near expiry medicines and vaccines including other supply stocks to avoid or minimize expiring stocks.
• Ensures proper implementation of biosecurity procedures for incoming stocks in the farms.
• Perform necessary System Transactions

Job Objective

The Senior Maintenance supervisor is responsible for effectively supervising, directing and controlling Maintenance and Engineering resources, ensuring a proactive, cost-efficient and effective comprehensive maintenance program (Mechanical, Electrical, Building, Grounds, Instrumentation and process control), is established, implemented and consistently improved

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages and implements an effective maintenance program of farm equipment ensuring maximum uptime.

2. Conduct analysis on recurring equipment failures and execute appropriate corrective action.

3. Coordinates with department heads in the implementation and scheduling of farm maintenance works to increase the equipment operational availability & service life, keeping equipment capacity without sacrificing reliability and safety, ensuring reduced breakdown/downtime of equipment and machineries. 

4. Analyzes and resolves work problems and corrects equipment and machinery operational deviations; endorses to the department head problems that cannot be readily resolved.

5. Ensures cost efficient implementation of the repair and maintenance for farm equipment and machineries.

6. To assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of service level standards for the delivery of maintenance services to relevant client departments.

Preventive Maintenance System

1. Plans, designs, implements effective preventive maintenance system and program to ensure farm equipment reliability.

2. Establishes and maintains up-to-date records on inventory control of machinery, equipment, tools, historical data, evaluates maintenance cost and implements cost reduction programs of the department.

Power Supply Management

1. Coordinates with local power utilities in the management of the power supply and quality.

2. Analyzes the load profiles of the plant processes and implements an Energy Conservation Program to optimize power resources.

Spare Parts and Supply Management

1. Coordinates with Warehouse Manager to ensure availability of materials, spare parts and supplies for operating equipment, maintenance, repair and reconditioning and project requirements whenever needed.

Strategic and Financial Planning

1. Prepares and implements departmental strategic and operational plans.

2. Prepares and keeps the annual departmental budget.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Section Supervisor is responsible for the timely accomplishment of different assigned projects of swine by coordinating with swine section supervisors, farm managers and other concerned departments so that projects will be finished on time and within standard. This person is tasked to manage certain sections of a 5000 sow level multi-site swine operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accomplish, monitors and evaluates the various assigned projects of the swine division and coordinates with swine section supervisors, farm managers and other departments to ensure the timely accomplishment of the projects.

2. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the various work requests of the different sections of the farm and coordinates with Central Maintenance Department to ensure the timely accomplishment of the work requests, that unit cost are within budget and accomplished works are within standard.

3. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the ground maintenance works of the farm to ensure proper implementation of the 5S program.

4. Supervises and monitors the preparation of farm's CEAFs to ensure proper execution of farm's Opex and Capex budget.

5. Prepares and submits reports to immediate TL on project's and work request's update.

6. Prepares CEAF budget every year and ensures unit costs are within budget limit during execution of projects.

7. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the performance of direct subordinates.

8. Assists the Farm Manager in relieving section supervisors when they are on leave in monitoring and implementation of procedures and programs of the section.
