• Lead and manage the annual budget process – revenue, direct/indirect/sales & marketing costs, support overheads, capital expenditures, headcount, and allocation drivers.
• Monitor and update forecasts regularly to reflect changes in business conditions and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financials models and reports to support forecasting and budgeting process.
• Track sales and spending to ensure alignment with targets and report variances with clear and concise commentaries and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial information to stakeholders highlighting key variances and providing recommendations.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost-saving to improve profitability.
• Track and manage both direct/indirect costs, sales & marketing costs, support overheads.
• Review purchase requisitions and challenge any spending that is not align with target margin.
• Review viability and reasonableness of cost savings projects by various departments.
• Review of proposed capital expenditures and perform post review analysis.
• Work closely with local finance and finance shared services center team to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Act as business partner to various departments – Business, Operations, Commercial & Support Overheads
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis – P&L simulation & scenarios.
• Work closely with commercial team to review a reasonable sales pricing model.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Integrity and Compliance

• Oversee daily cash transactions, including advances, liquidations, reconciliations, and reports
• Oversee accounts payable functions and ensure invoices and statements are paid in a timely manner with proper receipts or documentation to account for them
• Ensure that all transactions are documented and reported to the external accountants and the PETA Foundation’s Finance Department on a weekly and monthly basis
• Perform cash flow analysis
• Oversee foreign currencies and reconcile monthly 
• Oversee payroll, including reviews, approval, and distribution
• Liaise with accountants on payroll changes, including new hires and terminations
• Handle monthly invoices and reimbursements for contractors
• Manage taxation issues and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Assist with the preparation and filing of quarterly taxes
• Act as the main contact for bankers, auditors, consultants, vendors, and service providers
• Provide support for audits
• Contribute to budget planning, as needed
• Analyze, investigate, and correct accounting entries
• Maintain a list of governmental registration renewals and ensure filings are completed on time
• Supervise the bookkeeper

• To assist the appointed Project Manager in managing the project inclusive of cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management until project completion and handover.
• On-site coordination of activities of the appointed project consultants in alignment with the project schedule and budget.
• Engage with project stakeholders (internal to the client) and external (e.g., industrial estates, authorities, and providers) in connection with the project.
• Manage and oversight all project procurement and coordination activities including, but not limited to the procurement of early works and main contractors, critical equipment and other specialist suppliers.
• Aiding appointed Project Manager in administering appointed contracts and undertake all necessary interfacing and reporting with the contractors during the post-contract phase.
• Ensure compliance to the T&T Commission Execution Plan (“CEP”) online system, risk management and business management system frameworks.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
• To prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports.
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Control and properly compile all relevant documents for the project including uploading to T&T sharepoint.
• Any other work-related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.

• Bachelors’ degree in Financial Management or any related course
• 4 years of solid experience in the same position
• In depth knowledge in Budget Control, Forecasting, Variant Analysis

• Excellent analytical skills
• Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas)
• Proven work experience as a Financial Planning and Analysis or similar role
• Demonstrable strategic thinking skills
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts
