Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM US Eastern Time Zone)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- SEC Reporting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to take “ownership” of your tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree (Minimum) or Masters in Accounting or CPA required.
- Public Accounting / Auditing Background preferred but not required.
- Full Cycle Accounting experience including close and financial statements required.
- Strong Skills in QuickBooks and MS Office Required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with independent decision-making skills.
What will you do?
- Supervise staff and oversee closing of several companies’ books. On a timely basis, analysis specific companies’ activities including agreements, resolutions, other documents and record necessary entries to reflect current transactions.
- Reconcile and analyze books and records and quickly and efficiently adjust books to reflect GAAP.
- Prepare SEC filings such as 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, management discussion and analysis and review of iXBRL while interacting closely with auditors and lawyers.
- Prepare full financial statements and notes to financials including balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flow statement. Prepare books for monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Prepare and review audit supporting schedules and complete disclosure and inquiry checklist for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Analyze and explain differences from previous quarter. Assist in developing accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP. Assist partners with various projects.
- Documentation of technical accounting memos for recent accounting pronouncements and complex accounting transactions
